Appointments and cancellations

We ask for 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be billed at $50 for a hygiene visit and $150 for a reserved treatment block.

Financial policy

Payment for the patient portion is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards, ACH transfer and CareCredit. Balances unpaid after 60 days may be referred to a collection agency.

Insurance

We file claims with your carrier as a courtesy. Any quoted coverage is an estimate based on the information your carrier provides and is not a guarantee of payment. You are responsible for the balance your plan does not pay.

Online booking

Requests submitted through this website are appointment requests, not confirmed appointments. Our front desk will contact you to confirm a time. Do not use this website to report a dental emergency; call us directly, and call 911 for a medical emergency.

No warranty of outcome

Dentistry is not an exact science. We do not guarantee the result of any procedure, though we stand behind our work and will discuss options with you if a restoration fails prematurely.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
